Welcome to Shotgun Exploration

"Manitou Esox Claims" and "Straw Lake Area" Available for Option

( See New Spectrum Analysis Results Below )

Home to the Straw Lake Beach Gold Mine, Shotgun Exploration was created in 2005 with the purchase of the property. Since the purchase, over 8,000 acres adjoining the property has been claimed ( Approx. 32 sq. KM's ).

On November 20th to 22nd, 2006 - At the Winnipeg Mining Convention, Shotgun Exploration talked to 5 or 6 Companies about the property. By November 27th, a claims staking rush occurred surrounding the property. Unfortunately this was done by one company, speculative with no interest in the area.

As of November, 2008 - the area has seen activity by several reputable prospectors who have active claims adjoing or near the Straw Lake Property.
