The Manitou Esox Property is bordered on the north by the "Straw Lake Property" and "OLL" = Ontario's Living Legacy (NO CLAIMS ALLOWED). To the west is the Western Warrior Resources Pipestone Project as well as "OLL". To the East is "OLL" and The Manitou. The Manitou Esox Property completely surrounds the historic 1900 "Crackerjack Gold Mine." Little is known of the mine other than 2 shafts sunk at 40 and 45', a third shaft sunk 19 feet.  "...is a fine grained schist which weathers white and brown. The veins consist of zones impregnated with stringers of quartz." Located in the Vista Lake Area, the Manitou Esox Property encompasses over 6 KM's length of the Pipestone Cameron Manitou Deformation Zone. The property is located approximately 8 KM's east of the past producing "Straw Lake Beach Gold Mine." DIAMONDS were recently discovered by MetalCorp approximately 42 KM's south of the Manitou Esox Property and shows similiar geology.

The Manitou Esox Property was staked in 2007 and is approximately 3,550 acres ( 90 Claim Units Total - 6 Claims Total). There are many DD holes on the Property dating back to 1969 and have ALL Records and Info. Past DD Hole Cores are currently stored at the MNDM Storage Facility in Kenora.

The Manitou Esox Property is Currently Available For Option. Claims are in Good Standing Till 2009. Access to The Property is off HWY 502 onto the Cedar Narrows Road. Just after KM 24 is a Pull-Over with ample parking for many vehicles to unload equipment and leave vehicles. Access is by Quad or Snowmobile. There is also a landing where a boat can be launched and the property accessed throughout by water.   The first claims were staked in the Manitou in 1891.
